An interview is an opportunity for an
employer to examine, usually in a
question and answer exchange, the
qualifications of a job seeker in the
company.
It’s an “opportunity” for the job seeker to
examine the company and the position to
see if they are appealing.

Watch your language
No Slang…You are not talking to your friends, you
are talking to business people!
Beware of nervous ticks…playing with hair,
fidgeting, etc.
No “Um”, “Like”, “Yo”
24. Remember to ask questions
Be prepared with 1-3 questions to ask the
interviewer about the job.
