Possess a comprehensive background in aircraft structural repair, quality control and production work 
center management derived from nearly 10 years as an airframes mechanic and quality assurance 
representative in the United States Marine Corps. Accomplished immeasurable results while leading

Structures Experience 
· Extensive experience with aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, fiberglass and carbon fiber structural 
repair 
· Proficient in the proper use of riveting guns, drills, counter sinks, rivet shavers, files, reamers, clecos, 
box and pan brakes, shears, jigs, clamps and precision measuring tools 
· Able to align, fit and perform drilling and riveting operations to produce accurate structural 
assemblies in accordance with blueprints, sketches and operation sheets 
· Able to solve structural dimensional problems through the application of critical thinking, spatial 
visualization abilities and mathematical formulas utilizing whole numbers, fractions and decimals 
· Possess advanced skills in close tolerance work and precision measuring tools such as inside and 
outside micrometers, depth micrometers, ball gages, dial indicating calipers and scales 
· Well rounded experience with aviation structural hardware and expertise with hi-lite fasteners, 
cherrymax and solid rivets and all associated tooling 
· Able to install and remove fasteners without damaging structures 
· Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure a defective free assembly and conformance to 
specifications 
· Provide structural technical training, mentorship and assistance to new team members to enhance 
individual proficiency and overall productivity 
· Efficiently move between multiple tasks with minimal impact to established goals and schedule 
· Reinforce the proper use of personal protective equipment, application of operational risk 
management and adherence to local procedures to mitigate risk and avoid unsafe conditions

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 
· Computer literate proficient with Catia, SmarTeam, Solumina Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
and Internet Explorer 
· Extensive experience in installation, troubleshooting and repair of aviation hydraulics systems and 
components 
· Able climb ladders and stairs, work in small spaces and restricted areas, and lift more than 50 pounds 
· Familiar with Lean concepts and support continuous process improvement 
· Able to work with little or no supervision
