Process Governance & Reporting (Sr. Portfolio Analyst)
2013 to 2014: Assisted in establishing the Project Accounting Process. Worked with Finance to
define, track, and report Developed Software Capitalization and actual project spend. Produced
30 reports a month exercising analytical skills ensuring Time Compliance and Forecast vs Actuals
Hours. Administrative support for Scottrade's Application Management Portfolio (STAMP) Tool.
Tracked execution of IT initiatives versus what was planned by working with individual IT teams to
understand the spend commitment of the Portfolio.
EMPLOYMENT AT&T 2002 – 2013
IT Governance & Cost Management: Specialist-Business Management (Analyst)
2010 to 2013: Responsible Point of Contact handling Project Management Tool (PMT) requests
where I create projects within IT for Project Managers (PM’s) to manage and track their time
spent on projects and tracking the Daily Metrics of handling the requests for the Team.
Conducted audit reviews for software capitalization (i.e., Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, SOX) and
appropriate affiliate billing for projects and leading the PM’s to be compliant. Thorough reviews of
required documents such as Technical Requirements, Design and Test Plans to understand the
software being developed.
2009 – 2010: Sr. Implementation Manager for Information Technology Operations (ITO) Request
for Mobility process in the Wireline PRISM (Project, Resources, Information, Systems, and
Management) Tool within IT. Extensive knowledge using PRISM through the governing of
projects for the business, the PM’s and used the One Common funding model process. Managed
documentation uploaded in the tool and financial estimates. Financial data analysis on projects
using excel.
Project Manager for the following efforts within AT&T 2004 - 2009
System Analysis assisting eLink team (AT&T Payroll System) and conversion of Ameritech
employees and others into the AT&T Payroll system. Knowledge of SAP’s - Systems,
Applications and Products including HR/Payroll software module through Analysis and Testing
efforts.
Assisted Lightspeed Team as a Track lead or facilitator of sessions for the Unified, Requirements
& Design Process (AT&T UR&D); Scheduled and facilitated meetings to cover scope and
resources such as Requirement Engineers, Project Managers, Testers and Architects within a
release for a given functionality being coded in IT. Consistently stayed within budget and
completed projects in a timely manner. Train participants involved within UR&D on the process.
IT & DSL Project Management for Customer Response Management application. Managed
various projects using EXPRESS for 22-State DSL.
Billing Products Initiative (BPI) Projects within Customer Care and Billing with many impacted
application teams. Proactively managed project risks, jeopardies, resources/budgets for all teams
impacted and scheduling conflicts. Maintained status reports, team communications to team
members and upper management. Tracked milestone delivery dates and facilitated meetings
between the impacted teams to help successfully achieve commitment dates through
deployment.
Functioned as contact point for Offshore Initiatives including validating requirements submitted
through Virtual Project Management Office (VPMO), checking status, monitoring due dates and
troubleshooting issues. Coordinated with Corporate Security, Information Technology Operations
and the application team leaders to open/troubleshoot firewall requests for individuals offshore so
they can access our tools and documents within IT. Track progress of the requests ensure their
complete when people are not co-located.
PM and Tester of Web shopping cart that went live with no defects.
