The A1Webcams LSS (LINE-OF-SITE SYSTEM) will help optimize
OEE (overall equipment effectiveness), production scheduling,
and product quality. This is done by reducing your unscheduled
downtime by quickening your root cause analysis to prevent your
production line from starvation or blockages.
Centralized Management Solution
“Control Center” is an integrated Central
Managing Software from A1Webcams. This
high-quality standard version is supplied at no
charge with our LSS. Also available for purchase
is a customized version of the software that can
provide a Central Web-Based Database with
Virtual Matrix features.

3. A1Webcam’s LSS (One Cable Solution) provides camera
power and video through a single coaxial cable making
installation of a dedicated camera power supply no longer
necessary. LSS transmits camera video (Power over Coax)
and control data (Control over Coax) through same coaxial
cable, allowing users to control the camera’s on screen
display (OSD). For Auto Focus cameras, zoom and focus
controls can be supported through the main control
interface (MCI). The LSS“One Cable Solution”provides an
easy cost-saving solution for any manufacturing production
line.
