 Coordinating regular CAmeetings to find out the root cause of similar type of defects and means ofresolving
the same.
 Preparing the weekly status reports, metrics reports, DAG reports etc and submit it to senior management.
 Involved in creating reusable assets for the project/capability.
 Uploading the metrics measures in Engagement Dashboard on a weekly basis.
 Attending the project audits for various reviews like SQA.
 Setting the performance goal objectives for the team members

SMS on 800 (for Post-paid OAMT, USAGE and VAS), on 505 (For Prepaid VAS like National/International Roaming
activation/deactivations,or SMS Buddy, bundle etc), on 111 (EmergencySTD / ISD activations),On 801 (Call Logging
for Relationship managers) and on 2665 (Non-blocking).
