Our client, a start-up engineering service provider
based in Houston, USA, needed to attract subsea
experts to work on a multi-billion dollar project,

Our client, a leading energy company recognized
for its innovation, desperately needed to find a
biostratigrapher with calcareous nannofossil and
foraminifera experience, a highly scientific role
which it had been unable to fill for over a year.
Our solution

Our client, a leading global power and transmission
business, needed to appoint a new UK Managing
Director for one of its divisions. Following the
successful completion of previous recruitment
projects for the client, NES Global Talent was asked
to undertake a confidential and exclusive retained
search assignment to find the perfect fit for the role.
Our solution
As the company required a candidate with a niche
skillset, including low and medium voltage sales
knowledge, as well as experience of managing
a market-leading business, we had to take an
extremely targeted approach. We dedicated a

Our client’s challenge
Our client, an international engineering,
procurement and construction (EPC) company,
had recently entered the North American EPC
market and were soon awarded a contract to
design, construct, commission and startup a major
liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility.
Being new to the area, the company needed the
support of a staffing provider who understood the
industry and the local market, with a track record
in recruiting for high profile projects within a tight
timeframe.

aggressive and expedited hiring plan, we offered

project in Abu Dhabi, split into three major sections
– island reclamation, offshore works and onshore
