 Assisted with writing and/or editing HR documents such as SOMC, side-by-side assessments, etc
 Analyzed research, develop and implement communications strategies and tactics for DGIMSP to ensure a cohesive
and team-orientated atmosphere
 Researched, wrote and distributed learning documents for thegroup such as “Did you know” emails, orientation
guides, and lunch and learns security briefs and national charitable campaign in a Microsoft Word document
 Analyzed correspondence from ADM (IM) and DND/CF and create/write summaries and distributeto group.
 OPI for accommodation issues which involves: communicating with accommodations staff; analyzing priorities and
making recommendations to management; communicating resolutions and initiatives to staff and ensuring all parties
are kept up-to-datethrough regular contact
 Liaising with reception services to coordinate the allocation of accommodation;
 Liaising with other departments within theorganization, e.g. locating available space
 Planned staff moves and covering duty roster slots and planning theavailability of accommodation for staff.
 Prepared or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility for accommodations
 Researched and writeSOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for DGIMSP
 Assist with theprocessing of training and learning requests for DGIMSP staff
 Provided timely notifications prior to learning and after learning to updateHRMS
 Experienced in maintaining budgets and producing financial reports utilizing DRMISor FMAS/SAP application for
DND
 Assisted training and configuring through Remote desktop
 Placed orders and paid invoices through DRMISFMAS/SAP

 Created searches and gathered information through FMAS/SAP database which was then given to higher management
 Produced weekly financial reports utilizing DRMISwhich is a FMAS/SAP software
 Coordinated administrative activities in theoffice of a manager and staff, including arranging meetings, making travel
arrangements and managing their calendars
 Used word-processing and spreadsheet software, email systems and e-calendars
 Drafted, reviewing and tracking correspondence
 Ability to analyze, prioritizeand resolve administrative problems
 Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
 Ability to conduct research and draft correspondence, briefing notes and other various documents
