Retrieve and process all merchandise to be returned to the vendor or transferred in inter-
company stock balancing transfers in accordance with company standards (properly pack
merchandise, retrieve a tracking number for all outbound shipments)
Receive all merchandise for trunk shows and verify the number and condition of the
pieces against the manifest list
Assist in trunk show set-up/take-down, compile results and recap the trunk show business
Process and ship daily in-store and internet orders
Maintain a repair log, check merchandise in/out and track all repairs sent to the vendor or
company repair center
Submit repair invoices with proper documentation to Accounts Payable
Prepare all special order requests through continued communication with our vendors and
corporate buying office
Maintain accuracy of merchandise price points through weekly department price audits
Reticket all merchandise without tickets and during weekly price increases and decreases
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Assist Selling Manager and associates on the selling floor as necessary
Other store initiatives as assigned by management
