These are the images I have chosen to use in my school prospectus.

1. I have decided to use this picture because it is the school reception and is the first thing you
see when you go into the school. It is also on the front cover as it is one of the most
important parts of the school, as it is where the main reception is.
I have chosen this image to use as the logo for the school, as it is inside the reception. I think
that this is also the best image to use as it clearly shows the logo of the school, and it has a
nice silver colour on a white background.
This image is going to be shown on my front page to the prospectus as using the trophies on
the front cover shows how good the school is sports wise, and having a lot of trophies that
the school has won on the front page emphasizes the greatness and sporting achievements
of the school.
I have used this image as this is one of the pupils at St Mark’s sixth-form doing a staged
speech. Although he isn’t actually doing a speech, it looks realistic and it is a perfect snapshot
of somebody who looks like they are talking into an audience.
This is another image I am using on the front cover, as this is where sixth-form students
usually go during their free lessons, where they should be doing their work! It is also used to
socialise during break and lunch times, as it is a big open area where people can talk and have
fun.
This is a picture showing two St Mark’s students ready to fight. However, they are fighting in a
different way that you think; they are fighting to pass all their A-Level exams. Sixth form is
extremely difficult but if you have the right attitude and a willing to FIGHT to pass your
exams, then you will pass them, you just need to have the correct attitude to learning.
This picture is showing 3 St Marks students focussing on their work they have been set to do.
The two people in the front of the picture are working together to complete a piece of work,
while the other pupil in the back of the picture is going individual studies and working by
himself. The picture shows teamwork from the front two students and commitment to
learning by the student in the back.

2. This is a picture of the head boy and head girl of year 12. The reason why I am including this
image in my prospectus is because the head boy and the head girl are very important in
relation to the school. Also, I chose this picture over another image, and the reason I did
this image is because it looks more professional.
The final picture I am including in my blog is a picture of the school library. I am using this
image because this is the place where students can also go to study, read books and use a
computer. The library is a good place to use to do work as it has a quiet environment and
gives people a chance to do their work, without a lot of noise.
