2. World Book Day is a
celebration! It is a celebration
of authors, illustrators, books
and most importantly it is a
celebration of reading! It is the
biggest celebration of its kind
and is designated
by UNESCO as a worldwide
celebration of books and
reading. It is celebrated in over
100 countries all over the world.

• Participate in a Story Reading Project:
Bring your favorite book, and read it to
younger students during Reading Time.

4. We will choose the best
“selfie" photo of you - with
your favorite book. Vote for
the best photo in the library.

6. On Thursday 24th В четверг 24-го
• Ученики представяют в
библиотеке лучшую историю,

• Students will present a short
story that they have written in
the Library. Your story must be at
least one page long & typed.
7. On Friday 25th April
Your class will have a chance to
present ONE of your favorite books
at the school Book Fair. Your
presentation of the book will be as
you imagine it: classical, fun,
informative, serious, modern,
interactive… it is your choice.
