gives an egocentric or
narcissistic feel to our

university admission

those trying to get into
college, 30 percent of the
admissions officers said
they had discovered
information online that had
negatively affected an
applicant's prospects.

When creating and managing our profiles online, we have a tendency
to make our lives look better than they actually are, we forget past
version of ourselves stay online forever, and those mistakes online
can negatively impact our statusat school and at work.
It is important that individuals take the time to make sure that their
online profile truly represents who they are what theystand for,
because without careful mediation these problems can easily occur.
