This proposal suggests solutions to address the problem of homelessness in El Paso, Texas. An estimated 809 people were homeless in El Paso in 2019-2020 according to the El Paso Coalition for Homeless. However, there are not enough resources and volunteers to help all those in need. The proposal recommends seeking an arrangement with city officials to be more productive and obtain funding and resources needed to build residential facilities. It outlines a process of meeting with city officials, completing proper paperwork, and informing the public to receive donations in a transparent way.

political personality that may be interested in us.
