  • 2. What will you learn in 55 minutes? • You will learn how communication theory still applies in this crazy digital world. • You will learn what key concepts drive in the social space. • You will have a plan to make your social media outreach better in the next week.
  • 3. You need to remember this • Social media is a tool. It’s not the entire toolbox. • Don’t chase platforms. • Do chase how to measure success in terms of revenue and brand equity.
