My concentration on accounting while getting my degree led me to becomming a credit union examiner and eventually the credit union adminstrator for the state of Florida. I worked briefly at the Florida Credit Union Leage, the trade association, where my consulting and training for boards and managers have their roots. Since 1981 I have been serving credit unions and other nonprofit organizations with governance and the planning processes that lead to their personal, teamwork and organizational successes.
