Brain Injury may be proven by diagnostic or circumstantial evidence. Neurology and neuropsychology are important, yet not dispositive tools to confirm traumatic brain injury or TBI. The NFL (National Football League) are using neuro psych and neurology exams as the exclusive evidence of TBI in retired NFL players.
