The "Big Data & BI" business center is creating since 2014 a accurate targeting system for marketing campaigns, called "Data Value Factory". It provides a very accurate characterization engine to "recruiters" that need a few but well targeted profiles. Those profiles are provided by "suppliers" partners, and are contacted by worldline on behalf of the buyer. Users privacy is garanteed because the "recruiter" do not contact them (only Worldline does), and user can stop sollicitation at any-time.
