Dalton Ray Stewart studied business administration and discussed his political views. He wants to vote to create safety and justice, change healthcare, and maintain support for the armed forces. He learned about how the Texas government works and was not surprised by the information. He believes the most important issue is increasing voter involvement so the state reflects the people's views. He thinks Texas has an equal voice to other states in federal decision making. He learned about the political process to better understand events and judge his views.
2. Political Views
I want to vote in order to create personal safety and justice for my future.
I want to change the way health care is designed.
I would like our federal support to the armed forces to stay the same.
3. Material
I learned the processes of how the Texas government works and is ran.
I would like to learn more about the system and information on how it will run in the future.
I was pretty similar with the government, so I was not shocked on any information.
4. Issue
I believe the most important issue for future generations in Texas is the act of becoming more
involved in the process of voting and making a stand in their political standpoints. This will allow
Texas to be based on the thoughts of the people.
5. Federal Decision Making
I believe Texas plays just as big as role as any other state in America. We have the same voice as
any other state. Texas is loved by their people, but the Federal government looks at any decision
as an equal opportunity for each state to make a decision.
6. Personal Notes
I have learned how the process works and runs in the government. This will allow me to
understand political events and how to judge my views on them. I will be educated on the topic
from now on.
