Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) was established in September 2003, during
the early 2000s economic crisis to help Singapore’s workforce cope through training and skills
upgrading. WDA has a clear mission to lead, drive and champion workforce development,
enhancing the employability and competitiveness of Singapore's workforce.
 Client facing role including discussions/design workshops with clients and external vendors
to firm up business requirements. External vendors mainly included Singapore’s govt.
agencies such as Ministry of Health Association (MHA), Public Service Division (PSD-
Prime Minister’s office), Central Provident Fund Board (CPF Board), Accounting and
Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Jobs Bank, and many such agencies as per
business needs.
 Understanding the Business requirements, and finalizing the integration approach between
various legacy systems and WDA’s applications based upon discussions with client’s IT
team.
 Configured PI Adapters- FILE – FCC/MTB, SFTP, SOAP- HTTP/ HTTPS/ XI for

 Configured Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) Module for data encryption by using Public-Private

 Configured standard alert framework for handling interface errors whereby an email is
generated and sent to internal Service Delivery Team in case of any connection/ mapping/
file format errors.
 Created Products, Software Components and Business systems in System Landscape
directory (SLD) for various integrations.
 Used File adapter features as Adapter-Specific Message Attributes (ASMA), Variable
substitutions techniques to guarantee the correct filename/ directory paths for File
interfaces.
 Used File chunk processing for NFS adapter to break the bigger files into smaller logical
chunks for file transmissions.
 Performed Deployment of ESR/ ID/ SLD objects into various environments as- SIT, UAT,
Staging and Production, and worked in Full Dress Rehearsal (FDR) and Actual Cutover
activities.

2. Brisbane City Council, Australia
Brisbane City Council is the largest local government in the Asia-Pacific region. Today, Brisbane
City Council has an annual budget of $3.4 billion, an asset base of $20 billion and serves a
population of one million people. With a permanent workforce of more than 7000, Council
employees deliver core local government services including roads and infrastructure, bus and
ferry services, environment protection and local parks, as well as neighbourhood planning.
 Worked mainly on File to ABAP Proxy scenarios (and vice versa) to integrate the external
legacy file based systems to ECC environment.
 Use of standard Enterprise Services to leverage mainly on the standard codes on ECC,
rather than writing custom proxy classes on ECC side for each module.
 Worked on challenging tasks to use async-sync bridge using standard adapter modules such
as RequestResponseBean, ResponseOneWayBean to achieve the functionalities.
 Use of various node functions in Graphical mapping for context handling, and writing user
defined functions (UDFs) wherever necessary to perform mapping logic in the application.
 Used standard Multi mapping, and Runtime Receiver Determination techniques to
achieve the business needs in certain scenarios.

Anglo American Safari is a South Africa based Coal Mining Company which uses SAP for all its
business transactions.
 The landscape involved the systems like SAP MDM, SAP CRM, Ellipse ERP, Databases,
and MS-BI integrated using SAP PI 7.0 system.
 Role was to monitor the application using standard message monitoring, channel
monitoring capabilities given by SAP middleware product, along with the custom reports
hosted on ABAP stack of the application.
 Major task was to analyse the data issues and document the root cause analysis, and raising
incidents to business users for correction.
 Gained proficiency in use of Node Functions while performing enhancements in PI
interfaces.
 Analyse PI systems end-to-end involving complex BPMs, XSLT mappings, heavy loads.
