2. DAF Enterprises, LLC. founded in 2003 in Sparta, Michigan.
What began as a garage shop and a vision, has grown into a full service supplier of plastic components
and/or assemblies to the automotive, furniture, and consumer products markets. Dale Flanery is the founder
of the company and is still active in overseeing the management team at DAF.
In 2012 DAF made a commitment to increase its tooling capabilities by adding staff and equipment to offer
our customers a one stop shop for their plastics needs. With our team we can in most cases take your
project from concept to production without leaving the facility.
DAF is committed to being a full service supplier of plastics components and assemblies. We encourage
our customers to involve us at an early stage in the product development process so we can lend our teams
experience with designing products that can be manufactured in the most cost effective manner along
with building strong and robust tooling that will last through the products life cycle.
We pride ourselves with having built strong relationships with our customers, vendors, and employees as
being a company that is honest, trustworthy, and fair.
We are located in 20,000 sq foot facility in Kent City, MI which houses the molding, tooling, and assembly
operations and will be expanding into an adjacent 14,000 sq feet in the spring of 2015.

In 2013 DAF decided in order to give our customers the best we had to start within the company. If
we are solid in business from our foundation up then and only then will we have the tools necessary
to be the best in our field and offer our customers what they need.

5. Feasibility
DAF Enterprises is involved with many of its customers at an early stage in the product development
process, from reviewing concepts to proposed engineering changes.
All part data received by DAF is reviewed for grain draft issues, feasibility for mold actions and shut-off
conditions as well as program assembly issues.
DAF is committed in providing its customers with a proactive dialog to alleviate part concerns as well as
issues pertaining to mold integrity.

6. Design
DAF is commented to offering our customers the biggest bang for their buck. This brought to life by
using Cimatron E 11.0 software package. Utilizing Cimatron’s software we can design your product
and create tool paths all within the same system by a designer that knows how to mold the parts as
well as build the tooling required. No matter how small or how complex we have you covered.

7. Tooling Services
From the beginning, we have prided ourselves in high quality work and a very honest approach with
our customers, many of which are long term customers that date back to when we first began. We
continually go the extra mile to impress our customers, whether it's pulling overtime to fulfill orders or
just listening to every detail to ensure that the job is done to your satisfaction.

8. Lost Core Molding:
DAF Enterprises, LLC Lost Core molding is a process that allows for the molding of one piece, hollow plastic parts with
complicated interior details not easily obtained in a one piece part. Our particular application is that of a one piece
pump impeller. We are able to over-mold the Insert and alloy core with PFA and then melt the alloy out leaving the
hollow pump Impeller to be CNC machined to our customers specs.

9. Blow Molding:
DAF Enterprises, LLC advantage extends to the realm of production. With two 30 oz Dual Head Blow Molders and 24-hour
service, DAF is experienced in producing high-quality parts with a wide range of resins.

10. Injection Molding:
With press capacities from 85 to 500 ton injection and 24-hour service, DAF is experienced in producing
high-quality parts with a wide range of resins. Additionally, DAF provides services to fulfill our customer's
needs for short production and low volume runs. We offer vibration welding on parts with a wide
range in size/shape and resin types.
Four piece assembly consisting of an Upper,
Lower, Baffle and PCV. The upper and lower
are vibration welded together with the
baffle in the center and the PCV is attached
with two screws and an O-ring.

We also have the ability to produce a range of secondary fixtures featuring Allen Bradly controls and
programming. No matter what your need we can build it. DAF manufactures a full range of world-class
check fixtures, secondary equipment, and small machines to provide our customers with true turn-key
solutions
