Suicide Resistant TV Enclosures.
The non loop TV enclosure will accommodate both plasma and LCD screens for psychiatric units
and correction facilities. Made from steel the enclosures bolt directly to the wall via the 4
mounting holes in the rear of the enclosure, a cable cut out is also present in the rear of the
enclosure 12” wide x 8” high so cables can pass into the rear of the enclosure without having
cables exposed.
Our patent pending solution has undergone 18 months of rigorous testing with the US Federal
mental health department.
Each unit comes with an internal TV mount and the door is secured with 2 high security locks, the
viewing window is made from Lexan and coated with an anti reflective coating.
Each unit comes complete with:
• Internal TV mount with a large cable cutout in the rear panel
• 2 High Security locks – others supply locks that can be opened with with a toothbrush!!
• 1/4” thick Lexan viewing window – others use 1/8”
• Thermostatic cooling system
• Sloped on all 4 sides – sloping top units can have material looped around them
• Full solid steel construction

Customer has to assemble it and this illustration shows bolt heads on the outside of the front face,
another ligature issue!
