Broadly speaking I see myself as a labour market and employment researcher with strong quantitative skills and extensive experience of using large and complex data sets. The current focus for my research interest is on volunteering, volunteer workforce management, changing nature of voluntary work in third sector organisations,third sector workforce and the effects of volunteering on employability. I am also an experienced lecturer in psychology, organisational behaviour and human resource management and have been teaching at various universities in the UK and abroad for more than ten years.
