 What is Development of smartphone-based Student Attendence system is ?

4. EXISTING SYSTEM
 No Software present at all in our college.
 Time consumed in accessing the records of the student will be reduced.
 Manual manage attendance of students.
 Inaccuracy
 Time Consuming

5. OBJECTIVES
 The main goal of the model is to develop a software to generate the report automatically at
the end of the session and the between the session.
 Make efficient use of time i.e. to eliminate time.
 We proposed single login Service user ID and password to Admin.
 Save data entry time as the records are automatically updated in the database again a big
relief to teachers.
 This system will also help in evaluating attendance eligibility criteria of a student.

8. SYSTEM DETAILS
Admin Module: Admin have all access to this page. Admin will make the registration of student and staff. He
will assign the unique id and password to the staff and student.
Teacher Module: Teachers has the full authority over the App. He can view all the recordes of student attendence and
he can calculate the student performance weekly. He can update the data and they can also provide notice or any kind of
circular to student as well as the parents. Teachers will also get notify about queries of students by using this app.
Student Module: Here all Students were assign with particular unique ID and Password’s. Then students will sign- up
when the teacher comes in the class then the students will mark their attendence of that particular teachers lectures within
given particular time interval. Student will able to ask the queries to teacher anytime. Student can used this app in the
classroom. Student cannot mark the attendence outside the classroom.
Parent Module: : parent can see only the report of student and also the any kind of circular or notices. Parents cannot
insert or delete the information.

 Reduce the teachers work.

20. APPLICATIONS
 The objective of this project is to provide a record about presented student in
class automatically to teachers. Students can also ask queries through this
app by sending to particular subject teacher. And teacher will provide the
solution for the queries.
 These modules are useful for storing the data the student’s and notifying their
parents about their present in the collage.
