District Memorandum No. 02 s. 2016 is concerned with the deployment of those excess teachers to the nearby schools where needs of teachers excess based on the agreement made between the Division Panel during the conduct of Defense for the Tentative Assignment List of Personnel last May 31, 2016. SDS gave PSDS an authority to locally arrange with the school heads having excess teachers for the proper re-assignment.

“RE-ASSIGNMENT OF EXCESS TEACHERS”
To: Josefina S. Ajijul, School Caretaker of Panglima Mammah ES

Andrada M. Asid, TIC of Panglima Indanan CS
Mussah A. Arabain, Head Teacher III of Panglima Ahajan ES

1. As agreed in the Defense for the Tentative Assignment List of Personnel last May 31,
2016, the following schools should deploy their excess teachers to the adjacent schools that
are in need of teachers found out in said Defense:
a) Panglima Mammah ES
b) Palan ES
c) Panglima Indanan CS
d) Panglima Ahajan ES
e) Pasil ES
2. As such, Panglima Mammah ES should deploy three (3) teachers of whom 1 is to
Timbangan ES; 1 is to Dayuan PS; and 1 is to Sapie PS.
3. Palan ES should deploy 1 teacher to Timbangan ES and Panglima Mammah ES should
send 1 teacher to Bunot ES.
4. Panglima Ahajan ES should send 1 teacher to Cmdr. Bara Jalaidi PS.
5. Pasil ES should deploy 2 teachers of whom 1 is to Sapah Malawm PS and 1 teacher is
to Manilop PS.
6. Before departure of those teachers to where they are re-assigned, they should turn-
over their classrooms, school property and financial accountability to their respective school
heads. School heads should write this Office informing the date when those teachers
concerned are deployed and copy furnished to the Schools Division Superintendent for record
purposes.
7. Deadline for the submission of report and first day of service of those re-assigned
teachers is on June 25, 2016.
