I desire a challenging position as a lead Social Scientist with a focus on Regional Integration in West Africa
which is an interdisciplinary study of the relationship between regional integration, trade and economic
development system in the new World Order in the global economy. Highly talented and enthusiastic Social
Scientist with a great deal of experience in research methodology, organizational management, public
administration and teaching.
Efficient and knowledgeable in collecting and analyzing data of national and international nature the result of
which can be use for public information. Experienced mental health counselor, work place violence and staff
management responsibilities. A professional teacher with over eight years of teaching experience in elementary,
secondary and the tertiary levels of education.
With this background students are prepared for any advance course work. I have used the triangulative
methodology which comprises of qualitative and quantitative techniques in my work to analyze and the SPSS
computer model analysis for complex data.

Security Officer:
 Unarmed security duties at New Horizon Security Services include the following but not limited to the
following.
 Customer services duties during every shift entails assisting and directing visitors to the facility that is being
secured.
 Patrol all the designated places that is venerable to vandalism
 Document ingress and egress of visitors coming to do business in the facility.
 One hundred present (100%) identity check.
 Report all incidents that occur on the facility within four hours and inform all appropriate authorities.
 Work as a team and remain at your post at all times.

Graduate Assistant Teacher:
 Teaching seventy –five students in three separate undergraduate classes with subjects such as introduction to
political science, introduction to American national government and introduction to public administration.
 Prepare lesion plan for each topic taught, citing the references with a handout given to each student for
further reading.
 Prepare, administer, and grade tests and exams and record final grades in the banner software system.
 This exercise will help the teacher to evaluate the students in grasping the concepts and the teacher as how

 In my therapeutic group meetings patients are given the options they have in the treatment program and the
right they have as a patient in the facility.
 Document progress report of all daily activities of the patients admitted on the unit. I see that every patient is

 Assist individuals who are mentally and behaviorally challenged with social, domestic and personal hygiene
in a group home setting.
 Individual treatment plan developed through the input of the consumers, parents, psychiatrists, nurses and the
day program support staff for consumer centered benefits.
 Documents consumer’s daily activities, biweekly summary and a monthly report on every consumer.

 Teach consumers to learn how to become independent in financial management with the option choosing

Program Manager:
 Operate and manage a group home with ten (10) consumers who have mental and behavior challenges.
 Advertize, interview and hire suitable care-givers to cover the 24/7 care-giving facility shifts.

 Prepare staff work schedules and cover shifts that are not covered if a staff is excused from work, sick or on
vacation.
 Prudently manage the money that is allocated to the home for the day to operation of the home.
 Coordinate the management of the prescribed psychotropic medication for the consumers.
 It was also my responsible to see that the consumers were happy, safe and free from abuse in their own

Securicor Guarding –London – England 1990 – 1997
Security Supervisor:
 Serve as a lesion person between Securicor Guarding and the director of Security at the London Borough of
Kings Cross in London.
 Supervise and train co-workers in performing their assigned responsible very well from their orientation to
actual performance.
 Prepare biweekly Security Officers work schedule and make sure that all assigned shifts are covered.
 Make sure that Security Officers sign in and sign out when they are on and off duty. I make sure that the
timesheets are returned to the personnel office at close of business on Fridays each week.
 Document daily occurrences in the site report book and follow all post orders when on duty.
 Patrol the facility at various times with no set pattern thus leaving the bad guy second guessing when you
will do your next patrol. All fire exits are checked on every patrol that there are no objects obstructing the exits.
Bo Teachers College – Bo Sierra Leone. 1987 -1987
Lecturer/ Estate Officer:
 Teach agricultural science and practical to first year students.
 Construct, administer and evaluate tests and examinations for first year college in both theory and practice.
 Arrange and take students to field trips to government operated state farms for a structured demonstration for
students.
 As Estate Officer I was responsible to assign, supervise and manage the work of one hundred and twenty
(120) non academic staff of the college.
 All of these employees were daily wage earners and it was my responsible to see that the workers timesheets
are accurate on a daily bases.

 Senior lectures were assigned free housing when it becomes vacant. It was my responsible to see that I cater
for external examiners who come for two weeks in may each year to examine final year student’s practical
