• Program Initiated October 2010
• Supports the integration of Wounded
  Warriors into the civilian workforce                   DISABLED
                                                         VETERANS



Program Components
     – Recruit & provide training to Veterans with a
       30% or greater disability rating.
     – Recruit & provide training to Veterans with a
       30% or greater disability rating as a result of
       being wounded ill or injured in combat
             wounded,                   combat.

Wounded Warrior Career Opportunities

•Active Duty Intern Program
   Offers civilian career experience while still active duty
   Intent is to offer interns full-time employment
   Available at all NAVAIR Sites
   Mentoring
•Naval Acquisition Development Program for Wounded Warriors
   Centrally funded by Naval Acquisition Career Center
   Four-year developmental program
   Rotational opportunities
   Conversion to NAVAIR rolls upon completion of program
