My name is David "Joshua" Puckett, and I am a VoIP/Network Engineer who is
constantly working to distinguish myself from my peers. From an early age I developed a
passion for Information Technology and obtained my CCNA certification before
graduating high school. I have never let my love of learning cease and use every work
opportunity to rise with the challenges presented in an effort to cultivate new ideas and
better implementations of both Data and Voice Networks.
As a Network Technician I learned the foundation for my career in IT.
As a Field Application Engineer I worked hands-on in foreign countries to quickly gain
a comprehensive understanding of unfamiliar network architectures in order to diagnose
and resolve customers’ issue in a sensitive and timely matter.
As a Product Manager I learned how to couple my love and understanding of
technology to an accurate and comprehensive translation of customers' business needs
into technical requirements.
In my latest role as I am learning a lot more about Cisco’s Unified Communications
platform, along with cementing other Cisco Knowledge I already had..
I eagerly await the next challenge to utilize my experience to better serve the individuals
around me and to advance the goals and principles of the organization as a whole.
