• Administrate the Pre & Post contracts for the Project in All cases..
• Take appropriate steps / initiatives to protect employer’s business interest,
• Minimize the risks of incoming claims and increase/realize opportunities by
outgoing claims. Contract and claim management functions in active projects
under execution and in warranty, incl. resolution of contractual disputes.
• Development of front end construction contract documents and ensure that
company’s interests are protected.

Given Land Parcels and Sale them with the active support of Ministry in Open

G+9 /12 /23 ) for Govt of Srilanka ( National Housing Development Authority), Ensure

• Worked with a Project Management Company Jones Lang LaSslle A Project
Management Company ) in the Cadre of AVP and as Project Lead and managing
the construction of a multi corer High end Premium Residential Building Project
‘PALACIA’ with One Million sqft of Built Up area in Jaipur, India. Project was being
executed by Shapoorji & Pallonji.
• Worked as Head - Operations in a reputed Contracting Group of
Company of UAE (Dolphin Group of Companies) and was posted in
Dubai, UAE.

Contract and claim management functions in active projects under execution and in warranty, incl. resolution of contractual disputes. • Development of front end construction contract documents and ensure that company’s interests are protected. • Administrate Reconciliation of Work and Major Materials in terms of Claim vs Paid in co ordination with QS and Project Team and ensue Zero Risk operation. • Apprise management and provide information on contractual/commercial matters. • Cost management inclusive of preparation of cost plan, budgeting, Cash Flow, interim cost reports and Managing cost control systems with Cost Control Department / QS • Negotiation/ agreement with various Contractors with Client, final account close out with the Client and the Project Manager, inclusive of instructed variations, prolongation and disruption claim, escalation claim. Handled the Project as In-Charge. • 5 Star Hotel Project (WEST WIND - 266 Keys) with 2- Basement, G+12 Floor with Floor Plate 70000 sqft - For Classic City at Pune, Hotel having 2 Basements and Involved in Construction of Hotel for Indu Project as Project In charge . • 5 Star Hotel Project (200 Keys) for Hinduja Group at BANGALORE. This Hotel Project was a part of 8 Million Sqft Development of Hinduja Software Park and was involved as overall In Charge for the Approval of the Project from KUM and other Govt Department and Design and Development of the Project with highly reputed Architect RSP. Integrated Township (12 M sqft – FAR Area) includes Villas, Residential Apartments, and Commercial Bldgs etc (Design & Build ) . Project Handled starting from scratch i.e Securing Statutory Approvals , Building Permits, Design Detailing with RSP Architect and other Consultant etc. – Pre Const Stage at Bangalore, India – with Hinduja Realty

Vice President – Projects with Jain infra projects (Lanka) Ltd., Colombo, Sri Lanka since April 2013 to Jun2014. JIL have an agreement with Ministry of Sri lanka to Build total 5000 Houses / Flats ( HIG & MIG ) on the Given Land Parcels and Sale them with the active support of Ministry in Open Market. Responsibilities includes- Profit Booking and running / operating multiple Residential multistoried projects (Three numbers) with Two Million sqft Built up area (Design & Build G+9 /12 /23 ) for Govt of Srilanka ( National Housing Development Authority), Ensure MIS , Manage the effective Mobilization in co ordination with HR. .Projects are in Design & Development stage and Funding being arranged. Total Cost of the Projects will be about USD 150 Million. Submission of Drawing& Design has been submitted to Ministry but Company failed to arrange Funding (FDI) for the project to take off • Worked with a Project Management Company Jones Lang LaSslle A Project Management Company ) in the Cadre of AVP and as Project Lead and managing the construction of a multi corer High end Premium Residential Building Project ‘PALACIA’ with One Million sqft of Built Up area in Jaipur, India. Project was being executed by Shapoorji & Pallonji. • Worked as Head - Operations in a reputed Contracting Group of Company of UAE (Dolphin Group of Companies) and was posted in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities includes- • General- Responsibilities includes running / operating multiple project sites (more than 12 nos) includes one G+11+ Roof Residential Project, School (three nos) , Commercial cum Residential Building, Shopping Mall, ware houses / Factories etc Responsibilities involves, Managing the cost and tracking the same in co ordination with Finance Department and Analyze the same effectively and take preventive action , Co ordination with design team and Consultant, Prepare and track budget , Ensure MIS , Manage the effective Mobilization in co ordination with HR , Tracking and ensure timely cost effective Procurement and projects to be handled as profit centre head .

Mega Mixed Used Project (8M sqft Built up area) project (IT SEZ )includes , Commercial Buildings, and 5 Star Hotels ( 200 Rooms) .Cost of the Project was about USD 250 M 2. Integrated Township (12 M sqft – FAR Area ) includes Villas, Residential Apartments, and Commercial Bldgs etc (Design & Build ) and posted at Bangalore. Having in depth knowledge in MEP Services applicability and cost effectiveness. Cost of the Project was about USD 360 M.These projects has been made ready single handed including securing all NOCs and tendering (In House) to take off.
