            Positive economic trend to be echoed in our shopping centers

            Write-downs remain at a very low level (0.4%), the vacancy rate
            rests stable under 1%, YTD no changes

            demand for retail real estate still increasing, insufficient supply for
            reasonable prices

            DES will be watching developments on the real estate market very
            carefully

            Extensions of A10 Center and Altmarkt-Galerie Dresden already
            opened – fully let

            Main-Taunus-Zentrum extension to follow in November
