Payment Assistance Programs available. (DPA)

Initiative Program. This program provides Down
Payment / Closing Costs assistance.

The program allows local families with limited
resources to purchase their first home with the
help of the Home Initiative Program!

1) The Max Loan Amount $5,000
2) 0% Deferred Interest – No monthly Repayment
3) Loan Shall be forgiven after year 5 (if all lien
covenants are met)
4) Must be a primary home purchase

5. Step 4 – Eligibility Criteria
1) Must be a 1st Time Home Buyer OR you have
not owned a home within the last 3 yrs prior.
2) There is a Max Income allowed – Contact us

3) Minimum cash required from you is $500 of
your own funds towards the purchase.
4) 5 hrs of Home Buyer Education is required

6. Step 5 – Eligibility Criteria
5) Property must pass a Housing Quality Insp.
6) Max house value limit is $362,790
7) No co-signers allowed.
8) This program can be used with
FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional Financing
programs

7. Step 6 – How To Apply?
1) You must reach out to an Approved Lender (us)
and have the lender review your income & credit
for eligibility and pre-approval.
