1. 8.1.2<br />Student book (pp 246-49)<br />EXPLORING YOUR IDEAS<br /> Use this sheet to explore one of your chosen ideas further.<br />Title of ProjectAM-PM-FMWhat is its format?The format in which my project will be taking is Record and Performance as I will be filming a school survival guide and acting.What is its purpose?The purpose of my guide is for pure entertainment, looking at the typical school stereotypes.Who is the target audience?The target audience for my guide is for secondary students aged 11-16 (My initial audience is for the people within my school community)How will it be produced?It will be produced as a film and will be recorded and acted out.What resources are needed?In order to create this survival guide successfully, I will need to use the schools professional recording studio, using their editing programmes and the Macs. I will also need a camera and a tripod for me to record.What risks are involved?The risks that are involved with creating a school survival is that there is a lot of different rooms and areas where we need to work and may contain many health and safety hazards. Also, I will be using technical items that we will be working with and they could portray a huge safety risk for me.How will I overcome the risks?I will always be accompanied by a qualified member of staff that is professionally equipped in using the technical equipment. I will always make sure that wires and plugs are always tucked away to prevent them from tripping and injuring someone. Also, I will do a health and safety assessment on all the areas we work in.What other issues do I need to think about?Amongst all of those things, I also need to make sure that I do not bring any food or liquid supplements into the studio and near the electrical equipment as it can be dangerous for myself and cause damage to the equipment.<br />
