As an award-winning sales management professional – with proven results demonstrated over the course of a
career spanning 17 years within the media marketing industry – I offer sales leadership, productivity
enhancement while maximizing profit potential, built upon foundational campaign management and strategic
planning proficiencies.
Charged with directing multi-million dollar operations with teams of 14 sales representatives, I am known
for performance which include #1 personal and team sales rankings, and for becoming the youngest Sales
Director in the company, serving in Ohio, Seattle and North Carolina markets.
More recently, I was recognized two different times with my company’s highest honor – the “Distinguished Sales”
award – given to those reaching top 5% in nationwide company sales – at DEX Media as Sales Director. In my
current role as Division Manager, I have increased my team’s productivity by more than 50%, posting the #1
client retention rate in the region for 2014, and the 2nd highest revenue growth rate for the company in 2013.
There, I also closed new display banner ad re-targeting product deals worth $1.17 million, and added $809,000
to my company’s bottom line, by negotiating a three-year contract with the largest advertiser in the state of Ohio. I
also reversed the sales trends behind an underperforming team, helping members meet their annual sales
objective and capture more than $195,000 in additional advertising.
• Grew digital revenues by 31%/$1.96 million – #1 company performance – to become 2012 “Director of the
Year.”
• Produced 21% revenue gains in 2014, with total growth at $1.7 million over average division performance.
After my promotion to Senior Sales Training Manager – where I led the corporate training program integration
initiative following a corporate merger and acquisition – I streamlined field operations and improved the
effectiveness of sales representatives, by assigning laptops to every staff member.
Earlier, as District Sales Manager, I earned my first two “Distinguished Sales” awards over two consecutive
years for my outstanding sales production, growing business by more than $1.2 million and by more than $1
million, respectively, in 2002 and 2003. My other accomplishments include:
• Originated new sales training program which outperformed veterans by 30%+ in total sales.
• Secured and maintained #1 sales rank for two out of three years as District Sales Manager.
