For FYE March 31, 2012, Profire reported yet another year of profitable, organic growth
For fiscal year ending March 31, 2012, Profire Energy reported:
Net income (before income taxes): of $4,351,222 which represents an 88
percent increase from the previous year
Revenues: rose to $15,925,213 which represents a 98 percent increase for the
same period
Major Growth Initiatives: 1) Profire recently opened a new office in Houston, TX
and expanded its headquarters in Utah. 2) The company opened a new
distribution channel in Brazil. 3) A PR firm was hired to consult on our
marketing/PR initiatives. 4) An investment bank was consulted to advise on
financial growth .
