• Responsible for greeting and checking in patients in a friendly manner
• Verify insurance benefits using Navinet
• Compile medical charts, reports and correspondence
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Greet patients and perform check in functions including, insurance verification, copay
collections, full registration and updating demographics
• Perform various clinical and administrative functions, such as ordering, receiving and
