INTRODUCTION:

 As a professional barista at Biggby Coffee, I
will walk you through the steps of making
    latte’s.
 Hot Latte’s are usually heated to 140
degrees, give or take 20 degrees, depending on
how hot you like your drinks.
 Iced Latte’s are easier because you do not have
to stretch and steam the milk, this is an endeavor
      anyone can take on!

HOW TO MAKE AN ICED LATTE’

 Step 1: Ice
 Step 2: Espresso

 Step 3: Cold Milk

 Step 4: Flavor

 Step 5: Stir All Ingredients
STEP 1: ESPRESSO

 Take your ground espresso beans and place
  them in the espresso hopper.
 Espresso will pour into your desired glass
  (shot glass or coffee cup)
STEP 2: STEAM MILK

 Take your desired milk type
(2%, skim, soy, etc.) and steam until it
reaches 140 degrees (160 degrees for extra
    hot)
STEP 3: ADD FLAVOR

 Take your coffee cup and add in your flavor
    (if desired).
STEP 4: STIR

 Now, stir in your espresso with your flavoring
STEP 5: ADD MILK

 Now you can add your steamed milk to your
  espresso and flavor
 Add whipped cream for extra enjoyment
STEP 6: ENJOY

 Now you can make your own latte’s, enjoy!
STEP 1: ICE

 Take your desired glass or cup and fill it 2/3
    full of ice
 This is to guarantee that your beverage will stay
nice and cold because when the hot espresso is
added later, it will melt the ice a little.
STEP 2: ESPRESSO

 Now, pull your espresso shots, just as you
would to make a hot latte’ like we did before.
STEP 3: COLD MILK

 Add your cold milk of your choosing:
2%, skim, soy, etc. to your cup or glass of
    ice.
STEP 4: FLAVOR

 Add flavor (if you wish) to your ice and milk.
STEP 5: STIR ALL INGREDIENTS

 When your ice, milk, flavor and espresso are
all added into your glass or cup, stir
vigorously until the flavor is mixed in well.
 Enjoy your refreshing ice cold latte’!
