2. EXPERIENCE: Airframes and Power plants certificated since July of 1998. Inspection Authorization
obtained in 2004.
UH-1N (BELL 212) - 9 years total experience includes all aspects of maintenance. Removed and replaced
all components countless times including complete drive trains and avionics packages. Performed
component rebuilds and buildups such as servos, main rotor heads, intermediate gearbox, and tail rotor
drive gearbox. Engine (PT-6 twin pack) removal and buildup. Including a few complete teardown hot
section inspection and accessory and combining gearbox replacements. Able to trouble shoot, rig
engines, and perform Track and balance with various types of testing equipment.
AH-1W Super Cobra (Drive Train equivalent to bell 214ST drive train). Experience same as UH-1N
Bell 206B, 206L-1, 206L-3 and 206L-4 11 years’ experience with these models encompasses all aspects
of hanger and field maintenance. This includes but is not limited to trouble shooting and track and
balance. Daily upkeep of airframes and engines. Performed many turbine replacements in field
conditions on Allison Rolls Royce C-28, C-30P, and C-20B engines. Performed basic radio and electrical
work due to being in remote locations.
Bell 412- Six months experience containing all maintenance and inspection relevant to a 145 repair
station.
Bell 407- 5 years total field experience maintaining this helicopter. Worked on all systems including
troubleshooting, with computer and onboard warning systems. Bell factory school this model.
Hughes 500E- 2 years’ experience in a field environment to include Alaska for 2003 summer seismic
season. Solely responsible for maintenance and upkeep in a remote location. Performed 100 hour
airframe and 100 hour engine inspections and major maintenance.
B0-105- 2 year total experience on EMS and gulf helicopters performed all inspections and maintenance
necessary for this model helicopter. Performed 5 annual inspections and recertification during the
course of 2007 and 2008
Airbus AS350 3 years total experience to include major 600 hour up to 12 year inspections. Includes all
aspects of maintenance, trouble shooting, track and balance, and general upkeep.
