In competition with : Static Kiosks (2 shopping malls) & Mobile App (650
shopping malls)
Results obtained:

static kiosk
âąâŻ 3 times more participants than with the
mobile app
âąâŻ Followed by the acquisition of 10 robots
in 2019.

25. Welcoming in a Gas Station // Highway rest station
A HEASY Robot at the Total Gas Station in Narbonne
Results obtained:
âąâŻ 11 000 sessions over the whole period
(foot traffic: 210 000 persons)
âąâŻ 17 sessions per hour when the robot
was in use
âąâŻ We collected a lot of feedback from the
Gas Station Team, people were happy to
have the robot around them
