The rise of IT as Service (ITaaS) is result of the intense rate of change brought about by technologies such as cloud computing, social media, consumerization, mobility, analytics and big data. The pace of change is only increasing, and these emerging technologies need to be rapidly integrated into modern enterprise, almost in real-time. Enter ITaaS, on-demand. In its various forms, ITaaS on-demand solves the myriad problems of modern IT resource consumption. When technology is restructured to be flexible, fast and ready, capabilities are provided based on usage. Transitioning to an on-demand hybrid infrastructure is a complete transformation that can support your future business goals, help fuel business innovation and turn IT from a cost center to a value center. This is the future of IT, it will be hybrid, and it will be on-demand with utmost flexibility, scalability and cost-efficiency.

Develop A Hybrid Strategy
Too easy to get lost by:
• Overspending based on cloud hype
• Locking into false choices
• Spending valuable time on wrong details
• Delayed thinking about scale and architecture
• Not focusing on where you deliver value
It is critical to find the right home where applications
can grow economically!

When we talk about the hybrid cloud, we have to educate and frame a little. So before we go much further, let me give you why we think this is important, and give you our definition. We firmly believe, all of us sitting in this room, that the future of IT (not just hosting) is the Hybrid Cloud. Hybrid sits at the intersection of KEY IT trends developing in front of our eyes.
Today, the market still have key requirements that can not be met by the public Cloud. As an example, big data requires dedicated servers without the tax that hypervisors put on. Big Data aps, with all the wearables etc, require a HIGH PERFORMANCE dedicated platform that can scale. At the same time, the presentation layer needs to accommodate rapid scaling that only public Cloud can give. An other example is Ecommerce…Data Bases on Dedicated, and Front End web heads on cloud. We feel our technology is sitting at the cross roads of all these trends, because we saw it coming when we were launching the public cloud and Open Stack.
