This document summarizes a webinar on self-management practices in companies. The webinar discussed how self-management may require employees to develop coaching and coachability competencies. It explored creating psychological safety and accountability in the learning zone rather than the comfort, apathy, or anxiety zones. Participants discussed challenges developing a self-managed culture and increasing self-compassion. The webinar aimed to increase awareness of how inner work, communication, and trust-building can support self-management.
