                                                                                  Aiming for an ‘A team’ so that everything else falls in

                                                                                  Their belief at all times that what they were doing is an
                                                                                    actual gap in the market and they would be able to
                                                                                    build a solution around it soon.

                                                                             GROWTH & EXPANSION
                                                                             A change in the business model by making hiring free for
                                                                             corporate gained a turnover of 700 per cent. The focus being
                                                                             engineering colleges for the last 18 months, the employee
                                                                             strength grew from 25 to 80. The company has a unique vision
                                                                             to help and ensure that every kid in the country has an equal
                                                                             opportunity to build a career. It works on building a solution
                                                                             around employability by partnering with other firms.
