A good place to start, is to define what traditional CI/CD typically looks like for most customers.
From the customers we’ve met with so far at Harness its safe to say that CI is well taken care of, with tools like Jenkins and Bamboo. CI is all about taking code to artifact.
However, when it comes to CD and taking artifacts into production, we’re still seeing a lot of customers struggle with this process and complexity.

How Are You Solving Continuous Delivery Today?
How frequently are you deploying today?
Can you walk me through what a typical deployment looks like for your team?
If you had a magic wand what would you fix in this picture?
For the purposes of the demo, what areas of CD do you want us to focus on?, And why?
