Clint Manning is an Associate for Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services where he
is responsible for commercial leasing and marketing for the Dallas and Mid-Cities
Office Portfolio.
Clint specializes in both tenant representation and project agency leasing for private
and institutional clients. Within these roles, he is responsible for transactional
management & negotiations, market analysis, along with business development and
client procurement opportunities.
Clint received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Management from
The University of Texas in Arlington. During his undergraduate career, he was an
active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity where he held numerous positions,
including Vice President, and was also selected to serve on a National Leadership
Committee which focused on developing Alumni involvement programs. Clint is now a
member of the Alumni Advisory Board where he oversees undergraduate philanthropy
programs.
Clint’s most recent philanthropic involvement included serving on the Board of
Directors for “The One” Society, an organization which supports Children’s Medical
Center in Dallas. Mr. Manning is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson, and a
member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Young Professionals
Forum and the Texas Real Estate Commission.
