1. Primary Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of the

2. Primary Engineer to lead all technical aspects of the network
conversion is assigned
3. Define Tele-turn up technicians resources required
4. Develop custom installation guide & checklist
5. Utilize scripted configuration tools to reduce human error
6. QC configuration and shipment process
7. Contact customer sites in advance of equipment shipment and
again prior to technician arrival
8. Develop mutually agreed upon test plan
9. Test procedures at 4-5 sites prior to full scale deployment 3
