Three Methods of Installation:
Device Setup/Takeover GLS Works with the client to gather all relevant information
-Circuit ID’s, Serial Numbers, IP Addresses, Escalation procedures, etc.
Tele-Installation -Pre-staging and Configuration

5. Utilize scripted configuration tools to reduce human error
6. QC configuration and shipment process
7. Contact customer sites in advance of equipment shipment and
again prior to technician arrival
8. Develop mutually agreed upon test plan
