 JM Electrical Services BEDFORD Ltd has a highly qualified and skilled team. Approved by the
NICEIC, we offer a wide range of design and installation services for both commercial and
industrial clients. Lighting, fire alarms, air conditioning, data and control panels designed and

We offer 24/7 call outs and maintenance contracts for commercial and industrial companies in the
surrounding area. This can range from breakdowns, fault finding, repairs, re-location of machinery and shift
cover. Our employees have an extensive knowledge of machinery in industries which include. Food
production, cosmetics, foam molding, container production and ride maintenance for leisure installations.
All work is completed to a professional and excellent standard of workmanship.
Inspection and Testing
It is a legal requirement that companies have testing and inspection done periodically. This is to reduce the
risk of any electrical faults and system failures to any working staff. Depending on the type of electrical
installation being tested, a specific number of years are determined between inspections. Any of our
NICEIC approved electricians would be happy to advise you if you think that you may be due.
All of our testing equipment is fully calibrated and operated by a fully qualified and experienced member of
staff. We use Amtech Power Software to produce legal certification on all testing performed.
PAT (Portable appliance testing) is available upon request. To comply with all health and safety guidelines
within a working environment, PAT testing must be performed on all portable appliances.
Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting
Fire alarms are always a key factor in adding protection to a building and the people who work of live there.
JM Electrical Services BEDFORD Ltd can install, test and inspect a wide range of alarms to ensure they are
in full working order and have no electrical faults preventing them from working correctly.
Whether it’s for an industrial or commercial business, we provide a professional design and installation
service for a wide range of lighting and emergency lighting schemes. We can design to suit the layout of
various types of buildings, to meet your budget and requirements. This may include fire exit signs, corridor
lighting, low and emergency lighting. We can also design and install specialized lighting for the leisure

5. Air conditioning
Our fully qualified electrical engineers are f-gas registered and can design, install and maintain your air
conditioning systems. It is important to have your air conditioning systems maintained to keep them running
efficiently. Many people are looking to air conditioning for their heating needs as well as cooling needs, and
with companies now regularly using servers, air conditioning is very effective against over-heating of these
important components. We are currently installing Mitsubishi Electric and Mitsubishi Heavy Duty systems

conveyor systems, pool, heating and boiler controls to ride controls for the leisure industry. Our specialized
approved electricians will custom build all control panels and install them to the highest quality.
Many companies are using a PLC controlled process system to reduce costs, reduce downtime and allowing
everything to be run using up-to-date technology.
Manufacturers that we recommend and that we are currently using are Mitsubishi Electric but have varied
experience with a wide range of other PLCs and Drives.
Data communications
JM Electrical Services BEDFORD Ltd is able to design, install and maintain CCTV and data
communication equipment. We will also fault find, service and where necessary repair any existing
installations. We are currently installing phone systems, CCTV, data points and server systems to many of
our customers locally and throughout the UK. We will run through a tutorial when required for any of our
installations to ensure that you get the most out of your system and to make the transition to the new as
smooth as possible.
All works are completed by professional commercial electrical engineers.
