In this session we will explore the power of failure as a tool
for innovating. We will share what we have learnt through
working with the unusual suspects to understand the positive
and negative sides of failure and its relationship to fear and
trust. We believe that moving to an approach where failure is
seen as learning not failing can help public services adapt and
innovate further and faster.
