5. Heading for an A Grade?
To head towards an A grade you need to demonstrate Critical Thinking. Try to

Interpret the feelings and emotions of the main characters
Evaluate the representations the extract offers (think about the
representations of the illegal immigrant workers, the Police, the staff at the
hotel)
