7. âThe first step is looking at wired and wireless
networks as a unified element. And then
getting the end-to-end visibility across carrier
networks is important, a bit less developed of
course than local management.â

8. âWe're not going to use networks if they donât
have the integrity necessary to provision the
services that we need to be productive,
collaborative and successful. So there are a
number of really good challenges still sitting
