Institutional memory is a complex set of information, facts,
concepts, experience and know-how owned by an
organization. This memory is a "domestic product" of any
organization, which is mainly characterized by dynamic,
diversity and volume. This memory can be classified into two
categories: working memory (i.e. the whole set of information
assets at that moment) and passive memory (i.e. the whole
set of information relating to the history of the organization).
Most times, a large part of the working memory is distributed

The Insurance Supervising department of the Financial
Supervising Authority uses Intema technology to collect
industry-specific information and accounting data from
national undertakers (insurance companies) and
intermediaries (insurance brokers) using a public portal with
several levels of administration. The same platform is used to
manage the document review and approval processes, data
aggregation, statistics and key performance indicators. The
platform is also XBRL-compliant and can handle Solvency II
requirements according to European Insurance and
Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) regulations.
