Manage recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel and temporary employees

Outplacement counseling and exit interviewing along with processing all terminations (to include collection of exit interviews, equipment,
final paycheck, etc.)
Analyze data (e.g. exit interview feedback), identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction, performance and
retention
Partner with others in HR to develop, rollout and track programs and processes i .e. Performance Management, Career Path, Recognition

In depth knowledge of labor laws, equal employment and affirmative action programs and regulations, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.
Develop and maintain Corporate and HR procedures, policies, employee files, employee handbook and other HR related materials
Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures
Develop and maintain affirmative action program; file EEO-1 annually; maintain other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO
regulations
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Develop and deliver training sessions as needed
