Assisting in the Recruit Administration Center (RAC) by performing a wide variety of interrelated and non-standard Military HR support work to include;

completeness and proper handling and maintenance of all SRBs for recruits attached to the Regiment and performs a substantive review of SRBs to determine

documents to identify and process corrections to mismatched data using the military personnel automated system Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS)
and UDMIPS. Responds to inquiries in writing using the appropriate format and applicable rules and regulations. Drafts and reviews official routine
correspondence prior to officer’s signature. Uses personal computer with office applications to perform operation or to prepare complex documents
containing tables or graphs and uses online HR resources to obtain information accessible over the internet as needed. Reviews, verifies, and inputs personal
data for every recruit using the DOD Real-time Automated Personnel identification System (RAPIDS) and the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting
