● Lead a five­person Engineering team for military Depot Spares proposal effort 
● Train new team members, organized group review workshops to reinforce practices and enhance                         
communication, review and approve work, report progress to management 
● Determine production methods of metallic and non­metallic hardware in support of Spares procurement                         
for aircraft long out­of­production 
● Engage with Supplier Management and Financial Analysis to improve information handoffs and                       
decrease cost 
● Maintain Secret DoD ​Security Clearance ​(active)

Manufacturing Engineer III 
● Direct new equipment installations for product teams, understanding customer­driven requirements,                   
processes, and procedures 
● Lead hardware First Article Inspections one­on­one with government­customer representative 
● Coordinate with engineering, management, and production floor teams daily to address technical issues                         
affecting performance and schedule 
● Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and identify as the go­to project point of contact 
● Develop, implement, and maintain written and graphic Work Instructions and BOMs in support of                           
production 
● Identify, prioritize, and create all model based instructions for a Lean affordability project aimed at                             
cutting $1M cost per finished product 
● Interact with non­conformance management, quality engineering, and tooling groups 
● Volunteer safety representative for site­wide initiative to reduce workplace accidents to zero 
 
Accepted roles and responsibilities outside the scope of traditional manufacturing engineering area of                         
expertise including a field assignment where a mishap led to product testing falling behind schedule and                               
over cost. This presented an opportunity to assume a leadership role in an environment where objectives and                                 
processes were not well­defined. I developed a rebuild plan that helped satisfy an ​extremely concerned                             
customer​, communicated the plan and steps for success to the onsite and remote stakeholders, and                             
established my role as a primary point of contact for operational issues. My team’s efforts allowed testing to                                   
resume and minimized down­time. Opportunities such as this have strengthened my leadership,                       
communication, and collaboration skills.

Systems Engineer II ­ Subcontract Requirements 
 
● Coordinated the planning, documentation, and release of product requirements Buy­To­Packages                   
including Procurement Specifications, Supplier Statements of Work, and Supplier Data Requirement

● Performed historical trend analyses to evaluate $30M+ of subcontractor proposals contributing to ​$2M+                         
in cost savings​ during procurement negotiations
